  • No, an overnight option is not offered at this time.

  • On days with workouts please come in your running gear. Feel free to bring a change of clothes for after, we'll have areas to change.

    On days you aren't doing a workout we suggest wearing comfy clothes and extra layers for warmth or sun protection as necessary.


    All food and drink needs will be accounted for.

  • We currently only offer the full 3-day option to our camp. We may release Saturday tickets, sign up for our mailing list to stay in the loop!

  • As we are still finalizing official topics with our speakers, we'll reach out closer to the start date to pick your options. Priority will be given to those who registered first and will continue down the list.

  • Currently tickets sales are non-refundable. However if you end up being unable to make it please contact us and we will attempt to reallocate your spot to a participant on the waitlist.

  • Since this camp is all about preparation rather than just training, the workouts are designed to build your confidence and provide guidance on how to execute them properly on your own later :)

    Friday's speed session will focus on teaching participants training techniques and the science behind getting faster, rather than aiming for a specific distance or time.

    Sunday's run will be broken into pace groups, allowing you to run with others at your speed, finding potential training partners, and hopefully make new friends to run with in the future!

  • Yes of course! While this event is geared towards marathon length races, the knowledge is still applicable to any distance runners want to take on.

  • No worries if you're unsure what speed you want to run. Take an average of your last 5 runs when we ask for your paces and we can go from there!
